Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge features a sophisticated design where the upper and lower ends are seamlessly connected to the container using robust flanges. This creates an efficient communicator, enabling users to effortlessly and accurately observe the actual height of the liquid level within the container through a high-quality glass interface.
Our state-of-the-art liquid level gauge structures are available in two primary types, each catering to specific needs: the reflective type, known for its unique light-rebounding mechanism, and the transmissive type, which allows clear visibility through its light-passing capability.
Ingeniously engineered for safety, the liquid level gauge incorporates durable safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls act swiftly, automatically sealing under internal container pressure to effectively halt any further liquid outflow.
Tailored for functionality, the instrument's ends are equipped with distinct features: the UB type boasts blocking screws for secure operations, while the UB-A type is enhanced with precision G1/2" needle valves, ideal for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing any residual liquid during maintenance activities.
For enhanced versatility, this product can be fitted with a specialized steam jacket, making it exceptionally well-suited for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions.

Operating Temperature: Designed to operate efficiently at temperatures up to ≤200ºC, suitable for extreme conditions.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Maintains a precise pressure differential of 0.2 MPa for optimal valve sealing.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Capable of handling steam pressures up to 1.0 MPa, ensuring seamless operation.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for easy and secure fitting.

Process Connection: Features a UB type connection thread with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5 for flexible integration.

UB-A type connection flange: Compliant with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For other flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify when placing an order to ensure compatibility.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from durable heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel to withstand challenging environments.
