The design marvel that is our liquid level gauge boasts a sturdy connection to your container at both the upper and lower ends. This is achieved through robust flanges, ingeniously forming a seamless communicator. With precision engineering, you can effortlessly observe the actual height of the liquid level inside your container, thanks to the clear, resilient glass.
Our innovative liquid level gauges are available in two sophisticated structural types: reflective and transmissive.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauge is equipped with high-grade safety steel balls inside both the upper and lower valves. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these ultra-reliable steel balls automatically seal under the internal container pressure. This intelligent design ensures immediate cessation of any liquid outflow, safeguarding your operations.
Engineered for flexibility, the instrument's ends are intelligently designed: the UB type includes blocking screws, while the UB-A variant features versatile G1/2" needle valves. These allow for convenient sampling, efficient flushing, or releasing of any residual liquid during maintenance, providing ease of use and efficient operation.
For liquid media that are viscous or prone to freezing, our product can be equipped with an optional steam jacket. This feature makes it ideal for measuring challenging media, ensuring accurate and reliable performance even under demanding conditions.
