Structural Principle

The innovative design of the liquid level gauge seamlessly integrates at both the upper and lower ends with the container through robust flanges, creating a reliable communicator. This allows for an uninterrupted, clear view of the actual liquid level within the container, easily visible through the high-quality glass.
Our liquid level gauge boasts two primary structural types, each tailored to specific needs: the Reflective structure, offering clarity and precision, and the Transmissive structure, designed for enhanced visibility and accuracy.
For maximum safety, our liquid level gauge is equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. This innovative feature ensures that, in the unfortunate event of glass plate damage, the steel balls swiftly seal off under internal pressure, effectively halting any further liquid outflow.
The instrument is expertly designed with versatile end fittings: the UB type includes effective blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with practical G1/2" needle valves, ideal for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during essential maintenance.
Enhancing its versatility, the product can be fitted with a specialized steam jacket, making it perfectly suited for handling viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring precision and reliability in challenging conditions.
