For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is fortified with safety steel balls positioned within its upper and lower valves. In the unfortunate event of glass plate damage, these steel balls promptly seal due to the internal container pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid escape and ensuring operational safety.
The instrument is equipped with specific end fittings for precision and versatility: the UB type features blocking screws, while the UB-A type includes G1/2" needle valves. These configurations facilitate sampling, flushing, or the release of residual liquid during maintenance, optimizing operational efficiency.
Adaptable to a range of applications, the product can be fitted with a steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media. This feature ensures reliable performance even under challenging conditions, broadening the scope of its usability.
