Structural Principle
The sophisticated design of our liquid level gauge seamlessly connects the upper and lower ends to the container through durable flanges, creating a reliable communicator. This ingenious setup allows for the direct observation of the actual liquid height within the container via high-quality glass, ensuring precise measurement and monitoring.
Our innovative liquid level gauge comes in two primary structural types: the reflective design, which utilizes light reflection for superior clarity, and the transmissive design, which allows light to pass through for enhanced visibility and accuracy.
For unparalleled safety, our liquid level gauge is outfitted with robust safety steel balls inside both the upper and lower valves. In the rare event that the glass plate is compromised, these steel balls instantly activate under internal container pressure to automatically seal, efficiently preventing any further leakage of the liquid.
The instrument boasts versatile features at both ends, with the UB type equipped with sturdy blocking screws, whereas the UB-A type is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These are designed for easy sampling, effective flushing, and effortless release of residual liquid during essential maintenance, ensuring user convenience and operational efficiency.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket. This feature is meticulously designed for optimal performance, providing reliable measurements even under challenging conditions.
Measurement Range: Unleash precision and versatility with ranges of 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, tailored for diverse applications.
Working Pressure: Built to withstand rigorous demands, operating efficiently at a robust 6.3 MPa.
Operating Temperature: Reliable performance sustained at temperatures up to ≤200ºC, meeting challenging environmental conditions.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: A precise sealing mechanism ensures optimal function with a differential of 0.2 MPa.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed for high performance with a steam jacket pressure capacity of 1.0 MPa.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Secured with G1/2" external threading, providing reliable and robust connections.
Process Connection: Versatile UB type connection thread options including external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, ensuring adaptability and ease of integration.
UB-A type connection flange: Precisely engineered to HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 specifications, with options for other flange standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), to be specified upon ordering.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from premium heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring durability and long-term reliability.
