The liquid level gauge is seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges, craftily forming an uninterrupted communicator. With this exquisite design, the actual liquid level height within the container is transparently observable through the sturdy glass, ensuring precision and clarity.
Our cutting-edge liquid level gauge structures are available in two distinct types: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers its own unique advantages, tailored to meet varying operational needs and ensuring versatile application across industries.
For unparalleled safety, we have integrated safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the rare event of glass plate damage, these ingenious steel balls automatically seal, driven by internal container pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid escape and safeguarding your operation.
Enhancing functionality, the instrument's ends feature UB type blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" needle valves. These can be utilized for sampling, flushing, or efficiently releasing residual liquid during routine maintenance, ensuring hassle-free operation.
To cater to diverse media, our product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media. This adaptability furthers the versatility of the Highpeak Indicator, making it a must-have tool for varied industrial applications.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread, providing easy compatibility with a variety of installations and setups.

Process Connection: Utilize the UB type connection thread with options for external threads G3/4" or M27×1.5, offering flexibility to meet specific installation requirements.

UB-A Type Connection Flange: Compatible with flange standards HG20592~20635-97 ranging from DN20~DN50. For other standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify your preference during order placement to ensure a perfect match.
