Structural Principle

Ingeniously crafted, the upper and lower ends of the Highpeak Water Level Indicator are meticulously connected to the container using durable flanges, creating a seamless communicator. This allows the actual height of the liquid level within the container to be directly and effortlessly observed through the precision-engineered glass. Enjoy the clarity and precision of real-time monitoring.
Our product boasts two primary designs for the liquid level gauge: reflective and transmissive. Each structure offers unique benefits, whether you need to capture light for better visibility or transmit information for precise measurement.
For maximum security and peace of mind, safety steel balls are meticulously installed within the upper and lower valves of the gauge. In the rare event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under internal pressure, promptly sealing the system and preventing any further liquid outflow. It's safety redefined.
At the forefront of versatility, the instrument is equipped with distinct configurations: the UB type features robust blocking screws for secure closures, while the UB-A type is fitted with convenient G1/2" needle valves. This ensures easy sampling, flushing, or safe release of residual liquid during maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency.
Designed with adaptability in mind, our product can be outfitted with a steam jacket, making it perfectly suited for accurately measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media. This feature extends its application in various demanding environments, ensuring reliability and precision.
