The SIC-H375 HART protocol handheld communicator (hereinafter referred to as the handheld device) is an instrument that complies with the HART protocol. It can configure, manage, and maintain all pressure transmitters (hereinafter referred to as transmitters) that comply with the HART protocol.
Currently, the following models of transmitter device descriptions (DD) software are stored in the handheld device, enabling support for their general, common, and specific command operations.
The handheld device is connected in parallel to the transmitter via a communication cable, which can be directly connected or through an isolating power supply. The polarity of the leads does not need to be considered during connection, but the load resistance must be greater than 250 ohms. See the wiring diagram below:
