The PDS Intelligent Transmitter offers remarkable precision, boasting a basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with the capacity to achieve up to 0.025%FS. This incredible accuracy is sustained at 99.9%, even after a decade of continuous use, reducing maintenance expenses significantly. Constructed with a robust metal shell and entirely sealed measurement components, it confidently withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its exceptional resilience includes potent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities and a lightning protection feature, ensuring the PDS Transmitter remains both highly stable and reliable.

Intelligent Diagnosis
The PDS Intelligent Transmitter is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, which continuously monitors its operational process and status in real time. If a pre-defined event threshold is surpassed, the transmitter triggers a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to deliver control signals for system interlocking or the SIS security system. During failure, the LCD screen prominently displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement operations.
The diagnostic capability can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as either warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically assesses the health of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measurement element fail, the defective component can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for re-adjustment.

Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function adeptly replicates the process state to acquire measurement data, while also verifying the connection and output status of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Options for simulation output modes include fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. Throughout the simulation process, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure changes, promptly returning to its normal measurement state following a key operation or a power cycle restart.
