Product Description

Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge is ingeniously structured with its upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container through robust flanges, creating a perfectly integrated communicator. This design allows for a direct and clear observation of the actual liquid level within the container, effortlessly visible through the precision-engineered glass display.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two primary structural types: the sophisticated reflective model and the highly efficient transmissive model, each tailored to maximize performance in specific applications.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge incorporates meticulously designed safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the event of accidental glass plate damage, these safety balls automatically engage, utilizing internal container pressure to securely seal and prevent any further liquid outflow.
Designed for versatility and convenience, the UB type is equipped with reliable blocking screws at both ends of the instrument, while the UB-A type offers G1/2" needle valves. These are invaluable for sampling, flushing, or efficiently releasing residual liquid during maintenance procedures.
For applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquid media, the product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket, ensuring accurate measurement even in challenging conditions.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Engineered to withstand a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, providing superior stability.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for seamless integration.

Process Connection: Features a versatile UB type connection thread, available in G3/4" or M27×1.5 external thread, catering to various installation requirements.

UB-A type connection flange: Complies with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For customization with other standards (such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify your preference when ordering.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from high-quality, heat-resistant carbon steel or stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability in extreme conditions.
