The PDS intelligent transmitter from Cold Valley Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, which can reach up to 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it impressively retains 99.9% of its accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs over time. Encased in a robust metal shell with fully sealed measurement components, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Enhanced with strong electromagnetic interference resistance and lightning protection capabilities, this ensures unparalleled stability and reliability in diverse industrial environments.

Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnosis function, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors both operational procedures and its internal condition in real-time. Upon exceeding predefined event thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current of either 3.6 or 22.8mA. This serves as a crucial control signal for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During failures, it intuitively displays "Err" on the LCD screen, automatically pinpointing and showing faulty components, thereby simplifying and expediting maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Additionally, the diagnosis function can be activated through various protocols including HART, FF, and PA. It communicates alarms as warnings or fault protection currents, and systematically performs self-diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In cases of damage to the electronic unit or measurement elements, faulty components can be swiftly replaced onsite without the need for re-calibration, ensuring seamless operation.

Simulation
The simulation capabilities of the transmitter are designed to replicate process conditions, yielding accurate measurement data. It facilitates verification of transmitter circuit connections and output status. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The diverse simulation modes offer fixed value or linear function simulations, ensuring versatile testing scenarios. Throughout simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, effortlessly returning to regular measurement mode upon key operation or a power cycle restart.
