Structural Principle

The Highpeak Advanced Level Meter is ingeniously designed to connect seamlessly to the container using robust flanges at both its upper and lower ends. This clever integration forms a smooth communicator, allowing direct and precise observation of the actual liquid level within the container through the crystal-clear glass.
The innovation of liquid level gauge structures comes in two primary styles to suit diverse needs: reflective, which uses light reflection to indicate levels, and transmissive, which allows light to pass through for clear visibility.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge is equipped with strategically positioned safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls promptly engage, utilizing internal container pressure to automatically seal and effectively prevent any further liquid outflow.
At each end of this sophisticated instrument, the UB type features durable blocking screws for secure installation, while the UB-A type is enhanced with versatile G1/2" needle valves. These valves offer convenient functionality for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid, ensuring ease during maintenance operations.
For applications involving challenging media, the product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket. This feature is perfect for handling viscous liquids or media that are prone to freezing, ensuring accurate measurements without interruption.

Measurement Range: Offering precision and adaptability, our Highpeak Advanced Level Meter measures liquid levels at various scales: 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, ensuring versatility for diverse applications.

Working Pressure: Designed for resilience, this level meter operates seamlessly under a substantial working pressure of 6.3 MPa, providing dependable performance in demanding environments.

Operating Temperature: With a robust threshold, it functions effectively at temperatures up to ≤200ºC, catering to high-temperature applications with ease and reliability.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered with precision, the automatic valve seals efficiently at a minimal pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Featuring a steam jacket pressure capacity of 1.0 MPa, this instrument is built to meet the needs of complex systems, maintaining stability and efficiency.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Conveniently equipped with a G1/2" external thread, the steam jacket fitting is designed for ease of installation and integration into existing systems.

Process Connection: Versatile and user-friendly, the UB type connection thread options include an external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, accommodating various installation requirements.

UB-A Type Connection Flange: With compatibility for HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 and more, this flange offers flexibility across standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc. Please specify your requirement while placing an order to ensure precise compatibility.
