Structural Principle

The Highpeak Corrosion Resistant Level Gauge is ingeniously engineered with its upper and lower ends seamlessly linked to the container through robust flanges, creating a clear communicator. This design enables you to accurately and effortlessly observe the actual liquid level within the container through a sturdy glass panel, ensuring reliability and precision.
The Highpeak Gauge showcases two distinctive structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each offers unique advantages tailored to various application needs and scenarios, promising adaptability and versatility.
For enhanced safety, the level gauge is equipped with strategically placed safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. These steel balls are designed to automatically seal in the event of glass plate damage, triggered by internal pressure to prevent any liquid outflow, thus maintaining integrity and preventing spills.
At the instrument's termini, the UB type features dependable blocking screws, while the UB-A variant is enhanced with G1/2" needle valves. These are essential for sampling, flushing, or efficiently releasing residual liquids during maintenance, offering operational flexibility and ease.
This versatile product can also be outfitted with an optional steam jacket, making it the ideal choice for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media with precision, perfecting performance in challenging conditions.
