The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, with the potential to achieve an even more impressive 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of continuous use, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal shell and fully sealed measurement components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities and comprehensive lightning protection features ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.

Intelligent diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter provides real-time monitoring of both process operations and its own operational state. If the defined event threshold is surpassed, the device transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting a distinct alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to facilitate system interlocking or integration with an SIS security system. In case of failure, an 'Err' message is automatically displayed on the LCD, pinpointing faulty components for streamlined maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Diagnosis is further enhanced through seamless communication via HART, FF, PA, and other protocols, allowing alarms to be set as warnings or fault protection currents. The system effortlessly conducts automatic health diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement components fail, straightforward on-site replacement is possible, eliminating the need for re-adjustment.

Simulation
The transmitter's versatile simulation function enables the imitation of process states to accurately capture measurement data, while also verifying the transmitter circuit's connections and output status. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with output modes including fixed value or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains stable, independent of external pressure changes, seamlessly reverting to normal operation post key activation or power cycle.
