Advanced Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated diagnosis function, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly monitors its operational processes and self-status in real time. Upon surpassing set event thresholds, it transitions to a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to trigger system interlocking or SIS security system control signals. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD intuitively displays 'Err', promptly identifying and showcasing faulty components, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Diagnosis can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, offering alarm notifications through warning or fault protection currents. It seamlessly and autonomously diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element be compromised, replacements can be efficiently performed on-site without necessitating re-calibration.

Dynamic Simulation
The transmitter's sophisticated simulation function emulates process states to provide accurate measurement data and verifies transmitter circuit connection and output status. Simulation output parameters span pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature, with output modes including fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter's output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to normal measurement mode following a key operation or power cycle restart.
