The PDS815 Series Pressure Measurement Device proudly boasts basic accuracy levels of 0.04%FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.025%FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it sustains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Intelligent diagnosis
Equipped with advanced integrated diagnostics, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors operational processes and its own status in real-time. Should event thresholds be surpassed, it transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting a distinct alarm current of 3.6 or 22.8mA, facilitating control signals for system interlocking or SIS security mechanisms. During a malfunction, an 'Err' message is prominently displayed on the LCD, with automatic fault analysis and display of the affected components, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
The diagnosis feature extends its capabilities through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically scrutinizes SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and the software's health. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measurement component, direct site replacement of the faulty part is feasible without the need for re-adjustment.

Simulation
