The PDS843 differential pressure transmitter is a versatile and precision-engineered solution designed to measure the differential pressure and flow of various mediums including liquids, gases, and steam. The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.04% FS, with the potential to reach an astonishing 0.025% FS. Even after a decade of relentless operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. With its robust metal enclosure and completely sealed measurement components, the PDS transmitter effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it possesses formidable anti-electromagnetic interference and lightning protection capabilities, ensuring its enduring stability and high reliability.

Smart Diagnostics
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functionalities, the PDS intelligent transmitter continuously monitors its operation and internal state in real-time. Upon surpassing predefined event thresholds, it transitions into a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to deliver control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During a fault, the LCD prominently displays 'Err' while automatically analyzing and identifying faulty components, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures effortlessly.
This advanced diagnostic capability can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, with alarms set as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically evaluates SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In the event of electronic unit or measurement element damage, faulty components can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.

Innovative Simulation
The transmitter's simulation function allows for the emulation of process states to obtain measurement data, while also facilitating the verification of transmitter circuit connections and output statuses. Simulation output parameters encompass: pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. Modes include: fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure and seamlessly reverts to normal measurement mode upon key activation or power cycle restart.
