Product Description

Structural Principle

The upper and lower parts of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly connected to the container through robust flanges, creating an efficient and reliable communication system that allows for the direct observation of the actual liquid level inside the container through a clear and durable glass interface.
There are primarily two innovative liquid level gauge structures to choose from: the classic reflective type and the precise transmissive type.
For enhanced safety, strategic safety steel balls are installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unfortunate event of any accidental damage to the glass plate, these steel balls automatically activate by sealing under internal container pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow and ensuring maximum safety.
At both ends of the instrument, the UB type features durable blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with precise G1/2" needle valves. These are essential for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing residual liquid during maintenance procedures.
The product also offers the option of including a steam jacket, making it perfectly suited for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring versatility and reliability in challenging environments.

Technical Parameters

Measurement Range: With precision and versatility, our device covers a range of 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, up to 1700 mm, ensuring accurate performance across diverse applications.

Working Pressure: Engineered to withstand robust conditions, the system operates efficiently at a pressure of 6.3 MPa.

Operating Temperature: This advanced device performs reliably in temperatures up to a remarkable 200ºC, offering exceptional durability.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Ensuring seamless operation, it maintains a pressure differential at 0.2 MPa, providing enhanced safety.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Designed for optimal thermal management, the steam jacket operates at a pressure of 1.0 MPa, guaranteeing consistent performance.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Our design includes a G1/2" external thread fitting, ensuring easy integration into existing systems.

Process Connection: The flexible connection options include a UB type connection with an external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, facilitating versatile installations.

UB-A type connection flange: Compliant with HG20592~20635-97 standards, available in DN20~DN50. For other flange standards such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, tailor your order with your specific requirements.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Built with durability in mind, it features heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resilience.
