Structural Principle
The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are ingeniously fused with the container via robust flanges, creating an efficient communicator. This allows for the actual liquid level inside the container to be vividly visible through the pristine glass, offering unparalleled reliability.
Our liquid level gauge boasts two sophisticated structural designs: reflective, highlighting clarity and precision, and transmissive, ensuring seamless transparency and visibility.
Ingeniously designed safety steel balls are deftly installed within the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. Should the glass plate suffer accidental damage, these steel balls automatically seal under internal pressure, effectively curtailing any further liquid outflow, thus ensuring utmost safety.
At the extremities of the instrument, the UB type is meticulously equipped with blocking screws, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These enable precise sampling, thorough flushing, or efficient releasing of residual liquids during maintenance, enhancing versatility and convenience.
The product can be optionally enhanced with a steam jacket, rendering it perfectly suited for gauging viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thereby expanding its capability to handle diverse measurement challenges.
Measurement Range: Choose from a versatile array of measurement spans including 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700... mm, catering to diverse application demands with precision and reliability.
Working Pressure: Designed to perform under high-pressure conditions, sustaining up to an impressive 6.3 MPa, ensuring robust performance and durability.
Operating Temperature: Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures with ease, operating at up to ≤200ºC, making it ideal for a wide array of industrial environments.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered to maintain a secure seal with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, offering enhanced safety and efficiency in operation.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Optimized for steam-based applications with a steam jacket pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring smooth and effective thermal management.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, providing a reliable and versatile connection for steam jacket applications.
Process Connection: UB type connection thread options include external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, offering flexibility for various installation requirements.
