Structural Principle
The ingenious design of the liquid level gauge integrates seamlessly at the upper and lower ends with the container using robust flanges. This configuration establishes a communicator, allowing precise and direct visibility of the actual liquid level within the container through the clear, durable glass.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two sophisticated structural types: the reflective model, which uses light refraction for visibility, and the transmissive model, which allows direct observation through the glass.
For enhanced safety, the liquid level gauge features strategically placed steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls act instantaneously to seal, leveraging internal pressure to prevent any further liquid leakage.
The instrument's design comes with distinct end features: the UB type, which includes secure blocking screws, and the UB-A type, fitted with G1/2" needle valves. These valves are perfect for sampling, flushing, or safely releasing any residual liquid during maintenance procedures.
Our product offers optional steam jacket integration, making it ideal for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, ensuring accuracy and reliability in challenging conditions.

Working Pressure: An outstanding robustness capable of withstanding up to 6.3 MPa, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
Operating Temperature: Seamlessly operates in temperature conditions up to a substantial ≤200ºC, providing flexibility across various applications.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Engineered with precision, offering a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa for optimal sealing performance.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Withstands a formidable pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring high-efficiency thermal management.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Engineered with a G1/2" external thread, ensuring secure and versatile steam jacket connections.
Process Connection: Choose from UB type connection thread featuring an external thread G3/4" or the robust M27×1.5, providing adaptability for various setups.
UB-A type connection flange: Compliance with HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange specifications-be it GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.-kindly specify requirements during ordering.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted from premium heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to wear.
