The PDS intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.04%FS, and can reach an impressive 0.025%FS. After a decade of relentless performance, it sustains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Constructed with a robust metal casing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers outstanding resistance to electromagnetic interference and incorporates a superior lightning protection feature, ensuring the transmitter's undeniable high stability and reliability.

Advanced Intelligent Diagnostics
The PDS intelligent transmitter is equipped with a sophisticated integrated diagnostic function that diligently monitors both operation processes and its own status in real-time. When the designated event threshold is surpassed, it transitions into a fault alarm mode, outputting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to furnish a control signal for system interlocks or SIS security systems. During a fault, the LCD intuitively displays 'Err', seamlessly analyzing and indicating faulty components. This simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, making it remarkably convenient and effortless.
The diagnosis function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications. Alarms manifest as either warnings or fault protection current. It automatically assesses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element incur damage, site replacement of the defective component is feasible without necessitating recalibration.

Innovative Simulation Capabilities
The transmitter's simulation function adeptly mimics the process state to yield measurement data, doubling as a tool to verify the transmitter circuit's connection and output status. The simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The simulation output mode offers: fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. Throughout simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to normal measurement status upon key operation or power cycle of the transmitter.
