Structural Principle
The upper and lower ends of the liquid level gauge are seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges, forming an efficient communicator. This design allows the actual height of the liquid level inside the container to be directly and clearly observed through the sturdy glass, ensuring precise and reliable measurements every time.
There are predominantly two types of advanced liquid level gauge structures: the highly reflective type and the superior transmissive type, each engineered to meet specific measurement needs.
For enhanced safety and reliability, the liquid level gauge is equipped with safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental damage to the glass plate, these steel balls automatically activate, sealing under the internal pressure from the container, effectively preventing any further outflow of the liquid, thus assuring continuous operational safety.
At both ends of this precision instrument, the UB type is equipped with blocking screws for secure closure, while the UB-A type features G1/2" needle valves. These allow for easy sampling, efficient flushing, or the convenient release of residual liquid during maintenance, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety.
This versatile product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket, making it ideally suited for the accurate measurement of viscous or easily frozen liquid media, thereby expanding its applicability across diverse industrial environments.
Measurement Range: Offering comprehensive options including 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, and 1700... mm, to meet diverse application needs with precision.
Working Pressure: Engineered to withstand pressures up to 6.3 MPa, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.
Operating Temperature: Capable of enduring temperatures up to ≤200ºC, providing reliable functionality in high-temperature environments.
Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Set at 0.2 MPa to guarantee effective sealing and operational efficiency.
Steam Jacket Pressure: Withstands up to 1.0 MPa, delivering durability and stability in steam jacket applications.
Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for secure and seamless integration.
Process Connection: Features a versatile UB type connection thread, available in external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, for adaptable and precise installation.
UB-A Type Connection Flange: Adheres to the HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange needs, including GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify when placing your order to ensure perfect compatibility.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, promising longevity and superior resistance to wear in demanding environments.
