Advanced Intelligent Diagnosis
The cutting-edge PDS Intelligent Transmitter features an integrated diagnostic system that continuously monitors both operational processes and the device's own status in real time. Upon reaching a predefined threshold of events, the transmitter transitions into a fault alarm mode, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA). This serves as a critical control signal for system interlocks or SIS security systems. During such failures, the LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message and automatically identifies and displays the faulty components, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures to be more efficient and user-friendly.
This advanced diagnostic capability can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, offering alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically evaluates the health status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measurement component is damaged, the faulty part can be seamlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.

Innovative Simulation
With its sophisticated simulation function, the transmitter can replicate process states to generate precise measurement data or verify the connections and output status of the transmitter circuit. Simulation output parameters encompass pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. It offers flexible output modes, including fixed value simulation or linear function simulation. During simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to standard operation after manual key activation or a restart of the transmitter post-power off.
