Based on over a decade of wireless experience, Emerson's new AMS Wireless Vibration Monitor is one of the most advanced devices available today. It transmits complete vibration data through a self-organizing wireless network. It provides operators and maintenance personnel with a wealth of mechanical health information. Total vibration, PeakVue™ measurements, and temperature readings can be easily integrated into control systems or plant historians, while diagnostic data can be displayed via AMS Machine Works software and alarms sent through the high-resolution data transmission to the asset performance platform via AMS DeviceManager Plantweb Optics. For advanced diagnostics, detailed analysis can be conducted using AMS Machine Works software.
