Upon surpassing predefined event thresholds, the transmitter enters a fault alarm state, emitting a specific alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to provide control signals for system interlocking or integration with SIS security systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err' and automatically analyzes and identifies the malfunctioning components, vastly simplifying maintenance, repair, and part replacement processes.
This sophisticated diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms manifest as a warning or fault protection current. It enables automatic diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element suffer damage, the faulty component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
