Intelligent Diagnosis

In the case of a failure, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err' and automatically analyzes and pinpoints the defective components, greatly streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
This sophisticated diagnostic function can also be initiated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms present as a warning or fault protection current. It facilitates the automatic diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element sustain damage, the defective component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.

Simulation
The PDS transmitter's simulation function is a proactive feature that emulates process states to gather vital measurement data. The simulation output parameters include pressure, sensor temperature, and electronic temperature. The versatile simulation output mode offers both fixed value simulation and linear function simulation options. During simulation, the transmitter output remains unaffected by field pressure, reverting to standard measurement mode after key operation or a power-off restart.
