Advanced Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic feature, the PDS intelligent transmitter offers real-time monitoring of operational processes and its own performance. If the predefined event limit is surpassed, it seamlessly transitions into a fault alarm mode, emitting an alert current (3.6 or 22.8mA), thereby safeguarding system interlocking or SIS security systems. During failure, the LCD prominently displays 'Err', automatically identifying and showcasing faulty components, turning maintenance, repair, and replacement into a straightforward and user-friendly process.
Initiate the diagnostic feature via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as either warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously examines SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software vitality.
