Structural Principle

The Highpeak Liquid Level Meter is ingeniously designed to ensure precision. The upper and lower ends connect seamlessly to the container through robust flanges, creating an efficient communicator. This allows users to directly observe the actual liquid level within the container through a reliable glass interface, ensuring accurate monitoring at all times.
Highpeak offers two primary structural types of liquid level gauges to cater to varied industrial needs: reflective and transmissive. Each type is meticulously engineered to provide accurate readings and reliable performance in diverse environments.
To enhance safety, each liquid level gauge is equipped with specially designed safety steel balls within its upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically act by sealing the opening under internal pressure, effectively preventing any further liquid escape and ensuring operator safety.
The instrument's adaptability is showcased in its terminal fittings: the UB type features secure blocking screws, while the versatile UB-A type comes equipped with G1/2" needle valves. These facilitate seamless sampling, efficient flushing, and easy discharge of residual liquids, thereby simplifying maintenance processes.
Designed for versatility, the Highpeak Liquid Level Meter can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket. This feature extends its application to measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media, making it an ideal choice for complex industrial settings.

Operating Temperature: Ensures optimal performance at temperatures reaching ≤200ºC, catering to a variety of thermal conditions.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: Maintains a reliable seal with a pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Engineered to handle up to 1.0 MPa, the steam jacket guarantees enhanced thermal regulation.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Features a G1/2" external thread, providing a secure and adaptable connection.

Process Connection: Versatile UB type connection thread options include external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, tailored for flexibility in installation.

UB-A type connection flange: Conforms to HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange standards, including GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., customization is available upon order.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed with premium heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, delivering durability and superior compatibility.
