Structural Principle

The ingenious design of our liquid level gauge connects seamlessly at the upper and lower ends to the container via robust flanges, creating a reliable communication system. This allows for a crystal-clear, direct observation of the actual liquid level inside the container through the precision-crafted glass, ensuring accurate monitoring at all times.
Our liquid level gauges come in two advanced structural types: reflective and transmissive. Each type offers unique benefits and is meticulously engineered for optimal performance in various applications, providing flexibility and precision in liquid level measurement.
For enhanced safety, our liquid level gauges incorporate strategically placed safety steel balls within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls automatically engage under internal pressure, effectively sealing and halting any further liquid outflow, thus safeguarding your operations.
Designed for versatility and maintenance ease, the UB type of our instrument is equipped with robust blocking screws, while the UB-A type features convenient G1/2" needle valves. These are perfect for sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during maintenance, streamlining your operational processes.
To cater to specific needs, our product can be optionally fitted with a highly efficient steam jacket, making it ideal for measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media. This feature ensures reliable performance even in challenging conditions, expanding your measurement capabilities.
