The Rosemount 3408 Non-Contacting Radar Level Transmitter is a versatile FMCW radar suitable for level measurement and overfill prevention in many industries, including chemical. Smart features save time and maximize efficiency for trouble-free operations, simplifying commissioning, operation and testing. Smart diagnostics help you proactively plan maintenance and optional Bluetooth® connectivity allows convenient configuration and maintenance. Manual or automatic verification at scheduled intervals can be conducted from the control room at any time without process interruptions. Perform proof-testing remotely and in-situ with onboard functionality. NAMUR type tested and third party certified to IEC61508 for use in safety critical applications.
