Structural Principle

Ingeniously engineered, the liquid level gauge's upper and lower ends are seamlessly connected to the container using flanges, transforming into a harmonious communicator. This design allows for an effortless and direct observation of the liquid level within the container through the crystal-clear glass display.
Liquid level gauges come in two distinct and remarkable structures: reflective and transmissive, each offering unique benefits for various applications.
For enhanced safety and reliability, robust steel balls are strategically installed inside the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge. In the unlikely event of accidental glass plate damage, these steel balls promptly seal under the pressure from within the container, effectively preventing any further liquid outflow.
At the instrument's ends, the UB type boasts innovative blocking screws, while the UB-A type is equipped with G1/2" precision needle valves. These valves facilitate easy sampling, efficient flushing, or convenient releasing of residual liquid during essential maintenance.
To cater to specialized needs, this versatile product can be optionally equipped with a steam jacket, making it ideal for accurately measuring viscous or easily frozen liquid media.

Working Pressure: Designed for robustness, this device operates seamlessly at a working pressure of 6.3 MPa, ensuring steadfast performance even under demanding conditions.

Operating Temperature: Capable of withstanding high temperatures, it functions efficiently with an operating temperature of ≤200ºC, making it ideal for diverse environments.

Automatic Valve Sealing Pressure Differential: The transmitter features an automatic valve sealing pressure differential of 0.2 MPa, ensuring secure and efficient sealing under various situations.

Steam Jacket Pressure: Built to endure, the steam jacket can sustain a pressure of 1.0 MPa, offering enhanced durability and functionality.

Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread, the steam jacket fitting provides a reliable and secure connection, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.

Process Connection: Featuring a UB type connection thread with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, it ensures compatibility with a range of setups.

UB-A Type Connection Flange: The UB-A type connection flange adheres to HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50 standards. For other flange standards, such as GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, please specify when placing an order to ensure product compatibility.

Material in Contact with Liquid: Constructed from heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel, the materials ensure durability and resistance to wear, providing long-lasting performance even in challenging conditions.
