The PDS intelligent transmitter offers unparalleled precision with a base accuracy of 0.04%FS, potentially reaching a remarkable 0.025%FS. Designed for longevity, it retains 99.9% accuracy even after 10 years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance expenses. Engineered with a robust metal shell and fully sealed measurement components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Intelligent Diagnosis
Equipped with an advanced diagnostic feature, the PDS intelligent transmitter offers real-time monitoring of operational processes and its own status. Should predefined event thresholds be surpassed, it enters a fault alarm state, outputting an alarm current of either 3.6 or 22.8mA to signal the need for system interlocking or trigger SIS security systems. During such failures, the LCD screen promptly displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing fault locations, thus simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This cutting-edge diagnostic capability is accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other protocol communications, allowing alarms to be categorized as warnings or fault protection currents. It self-diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measurement component, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
