The PDS transmitter is fortified with formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities and an extraordinary lightning protection feature, ensuring its enduring stability and reliability.
Intelligent diagnosis
The PDS intelligent transmitter excels with its integrated diagnostic capabilities, tirelessly monitoring the operational process and its own status in real-time. Upon surpassing a pre-defined event threshold, it transitions into a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to activate control signals for system interlocking or SIS security systems. During any malfunction, the LCD display conspicuously shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and displaying faulty components, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for utmost convenience.
Activate the diagnostic feature using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously assesses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software health. Should the electronic unit or measurement element sustain damage, effortlessly replace the faulty component on-site, sans any need for readjustments, thereby ensuring a seamless operation.
Simulation
