Intelligent Diagnosis
Outfitted with cutting-edge integrated diagnostic capabilities, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly observes its operations and internal status in real time. Upon the breach of any pre-set event threshold, the transmitter transitions to a fault alarm mode, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) which acts as control signals for system interlocking or for seamless integration with SIS security systems. In failure scenarios, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err', initiating an automatic analysis to pinpoint malfunctioning components, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and component replacement processes.
This advanced diagnostic function can be triggered via HART, FF, PA, among other communication protocols, with alarms appearing as a warning or fault protection current.
