Structural Principle

The ingenious design of our liquid level gauge ensures its seamless integration with your container, facilitated by robust flanges at both the upper and lower ends. This creates a flawless communicator, allowing you to effortlessly view the exact liquid level through the precision-crafted glass.
Our liquid level gauges are available in two sophisticated structural types: reflective for enhanced visibility and transmissive for unparalleled clarity.
For unparalleled safety, our liquid level gauge features innovative steel balls strategically placed within the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these steel balls immediately engage, sealing securely under internal pressure to prevent any spillage.
At each end of the instrument, the UB model is equipped with protective blocking screws, while the UB-A variant offers G1/2" needle valves, perfect for precise sampling, thorough flushing, or efficient release of residual liquids during maintenance.
For those challenging applications involving viscous or easily frozen liquids, our product can be optionally fitted with a steam jacket to ensure optimal performance and reliable measurement.
