Product Description

Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge is ingeniously designed, with its upper and lower ends seamlessly connected to the container via robust flanges, creating a reliable communicator. This allows for a direct and uninterrupted observation of the liquid level height inside the container through a clear and durable glass interface.
Liquid level gauges are expertly crafted into two primary structural types: reflective, which provides vibrant visibility, and transmissive, offering unparalleled clarity.
To ensure safety and prevent accidents, the liquid level gauge features strategically placed safety steel balls inside the upper and lower valves. In the unlikely event of glass plate damage, these balls automatically seal under internal pressure, effectively halting any further liquid outflow.
The instrument's versatility is highlighted by its two end options: the UB type, equipped with blocking screws for secure sealing, and the UB-A type, featuring G1/2" needle valves. These are designed for convenient sampling, flushing, or releasing residual liquid during essential maintenance.
For enhanced functionality, the product can be outfitted with a steam jacket, making it exceptionally suitable for measuring viscous and easily frozen liquid media, thereby expanding its application range.
