Intelligent Diagnosis
Endowed with a sophisticated integrated diagnostic function, the PDS intelligent transmitter vigilantly oversees its operations and internal status in real-time. When predefined event thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter transitions to a fault alarm state, emitting an alarm current (3.6 or 22.8mA) to supply control signals for system interlocking or integration with SIS security systems. In case of a malfunction, the LCD panel prominently displays 'Err', automatically diagnosing and localizing faulty components, simplifying maintenance, repair, and part replacements significantly.
This advanced diagnostic capability can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and a suite of other communication protocols, where alarms manifest as either warning or fault protection currents. It facilitates automatic diagnosis of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software integrity. Should the electronic unit or measurement component sustain damage, the defective part can be effortlessly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.

Simulation
