Our innovative liquid level gauges come in two sophisticated structural types: the reflective gauge, which uses light reflections to measure levels, and the transmissive gauge, which allows light to pass through for accurate readings. Each type is meticulously designed to cater to specific measurement needs with exceptional clarity and reliability.
For superior safety measures, our liquid level gauge is equipped with high-grade safety steel balls in both its upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate become unexpectedly damaged, these steel balls are engineered to automatically seal off, leveraging the internal pressure to effectively halt any potential liquid outflow, ensuring operational safety and integrity.
Innovatively designed for versatility, the UB type of this instrument features practical blocking screws, while the UB-A type is fitted with G1/2" needle valves, allowing for efficient sampling, flushing, or the removal of any residual liquid during maintenance. This ensures the instrument operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Enhance your measurement capabilities with our option to equip the product with a specialized steam jacket, perfectly suited for assessing viscous and easily frozen liquid media. Steam Jacket Fitting: Equipped with a G1/2" external thread for a secure and versatile steam jacket fitting.
Process Connection: UB type connection thread ensures flexibility with options of external thread G3/4" or M27×1.5, allowing for diverse applications.
UB-A type connection flange: Conform with standards HG20592~20635-97 DN20~DN50. For custom flange standards like GB, HG, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc., please specify your requirements when ordering.
Material in Contact with Liquid: Crafted with excellence using heat-resistant carbon steel and stainless steel for heightened durability and safety.
