Structural Principle

The liquid level gauge, a marvel of modern engineering, is ingeniously connected to the container at its upper and lower ends via flanges, forming a unified communicator system. Our innovative liquid level gauges come in two sophisticated structural types: the reflective gauge, which uses light reflections to measure levels, and the transmissive gauge, which allows light to pass through for accurate readings. Each type is meticulously designed to cater to specific measurement needs with exceptional clarity and reliability.
For superior safety measures, our liquid level gauge is equipped with high-grade safety steel balls in both its upper and lower valves. Should the glass plate become unexpectedly damaged, these steel balls are engineered to automatically seal off, leveraging the internal pressure to effectively halt any potential liquid outflow, ensuring operational safety and integrity.
Innovatively designed for versatility, the UB type of this instrument features practical blocking screws, while the UB-A type is fitted with G1/2" needle valves, allowing for efficient sampling, flushing, or the removal of any residual liquid during maintenance. This ensures the instrument operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
